Sorry... I'll skip the rest of the fillers and move on to chapter three. :P
Anyway, adobe photoshop is a program you buy. It's kinda pricey... but not as pricey as other programs. :/
I hope this tells you how I tone things. If there are any other questions I'll do my best to answer them.
Unfortunately, in order to tone this way, you'll need a tablet.
But my toning is relaxed and messy. If you're going for a professional look, don't use my style. XD
