I use Photoshop, a tablet, a mechanical pencil and computer paper.
I use a brush for borders because I hate the line/box tool. :]
You may also ask if there's anything specific you want to know about the actual toning, which I will post next, so I can address it before making the tutorial. I hope I explained things well... >_<;
After the tutorial fillers, there will be a few mini-comic fillers. Then, once I'm out of fillers, I'll start putting up Chapter 3, okay? :D

yup. i gots photoshop but, what settings do you use to "color" in the picture and add shadows??
